1. Pricing & Additional Charges •All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes, which will be added to your invoice. •Additional charges may apply for extra camera operators or long-distance travel beyond our standard service area. These costs will be discussed and confirmed before booking. 2. Payment & Booking •A non-refundable 20% deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid on the day of the event before filming begins. •Payment methods accepted: debit, e-transfer, PayPal, cash. •Prices are subject to change, but once a deposit is made, the agreed price will be honored. 3. Revisions & Delivery •Each package includes three (3) free revisions. Additional revisions may incur an extra charge. •Final videos will be delivered digitally via private link. 4. Cancellation & Rescheduling •If the event is rescheduled, we will do our best to accommodate the new date, but availability is not guaranteed. •Cancellations within three (3) business days of the event will result in the full loss of the deposit. 5. Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances •If weather conditions prevent drone footage or outdoor filming, alternative arrangements will be discussed. •In case of unexpected circumstances (e.g., illness, equipment failure), we will provide a backup plan or issue a refund where applicable. 6. Usage Rights & Privacy •We reserve the right to use the footage and videos for promotional purposes, including our website, social media platforms, and portfolio. •If you prefer your content to remain private, please inform us in writing before the project starts.
